Ivy Penn is an award-winning film director and designer known for crafting playful, high-style worlds across film, commercial, and digital spaces. From live-action shorts to brand content and character design, her work fuses bold visuals with sharp, emotionally resonant storytelling-rooted in identity, nostalgia, and joy.
Through her time servicing the Nickelodeon Artist & Writing Programs and in her current role as coordinator of creative programs at NBCUniversal, Ivy has helped shape the brand identity of these initiatives while supporting the launch of dozens of careers for artists, writers, and directors from underrepresented communities.
